BLSC is doing this by serving 100% plant-based food, consequently lowering their footprint on our Mother Earth, and leaving the bellies of their cowboys feeling better than ever. There’s no greenwashing, no bragging, just simply the ‘it is what it is’ mentality. Plant-based cafe food, because well, why wouldn’t you?
